These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by MobileXServices ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Utah-based mobile fleet and vehicle repair company. By scheduling or receiving services from MobileXServices, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services
MobileXServices provides on-site mobile repair services for pickup trucks, commercial fleet vehicles, utility trailers, and personal automobiles throughout Utah. Services are performed at the customer's location — job site, yard, driveway, or other agreed-upon location.
We do not service Class 8 semi-trucks or vehicles requiring a dedicated shop lift for the scope of service requested. All services are subject to technician availability and are provided by appointment only.
Services offered include but are not limited to: brake pad and rotor replacement, battery and alternator service, trailer lighting and electrical repair, breakaway system service, wiper blade replacement, and rock chip repair. Specific services available may vary. Contact us to confirm availability before scheduling.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
All service appointments must be scheduled in advance by calling (801) 449-1717 or emailing mobilexservices@gmail.com. Walk-ins and same-day requests are accommodated based on availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle or trailer to be serviced is accessible and available at the agreed-upon location and time. If a technician arrives and cannot perform the service due to inaccessibility, incorrect vehicle identification, or customer unavailability, a service call fee may apply.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, technician availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.
3. Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee, particularly where parts were pre-ordered or significant travel was arranged.
No-shows — where a technician arrives on-site and cannot perform service due to customer absence or inaccessibility — may be charged a service call fee to cover travel time and costs.
4. Parts
Parts required for your repair are sourced on your behalf. Exact part availability depends on supplier stock, vehicle requirements, and timing at the time of service.
Estimates provided before service are good-faith approximations. Final scope may differ if additional issues are discovered during the repair or different parts are required. You will be informed of any significant changes before work proceeds.
We do not guarantee specific parts brands or sources, and we reserve the right to source parts from the most appropriate supplier for the job and timeline.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and common electronic payment methods. Fleet accounts may be arranged by prior agreement.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of service completion are subject to a late fee. MobileXServices reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means.
6. Warranties & Workmanship
MobileXServices stands behind its labor. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within 30 days of service, we will return to correct it at no additional labor charge, subject to inspection and confirmation that the defect resulted from our work.
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, if any. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims where applicable, but we are not responsible for parts defects beyond the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Warranty coverage does not apply where the vehicle or component has been further modified, improperly used, damaged in an accident, or serviced by a third party after our work.
7. Limitation of Liability
MobileXServices performs all work with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during service, damage resulting from vehicle age or prior maintenance neglect, or consequential damages such as lost income, missed deliveries, or regulatory fines unless directly caused by a proven defect in our workmanship.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.
FMCSA compliance and DOT inspection readiness information provided through our website or by our technicians is offered for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your vehicles and operations comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
8. Service Area
MobileXServices operates throughout Utah. Service availability in specific locations may vary. Travel fees may apply for locations significantly outside our primary operating area. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location before scheduling.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle, trailer, and the issue requiring repair
- Ensure safe and legal access to the vehicle at the service location
- Inform us of any known hazardous conditions at the service location
- Keep the area around the vehicle reasonably clear for the technician to work safely
- Not interfere with or direct the repair process in ways that compromise safety or workmanship
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from services provided by MobileXServices shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Utah.
11. Changes to These Terms
MobileXServices reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
